Before placing your order, please contact us for availability. Our products are hand made in Argentina and your product(s) might take longer that you expect.  

 

CANCELING AN ORDER

You can cancel your order before it ships from My Orders. However, once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you missed the window to cancel the order, you can always set up a store credit or exchange ahead of time, and then send the item back once it arrives. Return shipping costs may apply.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We inspect our products carefully upon arrival to our storage facility. In the case of a damaged or defective item(s),  return is free. Contact us for your preferred solution. We will provide return instructions for a damaged or defective item. Please complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

REFUND

You can receive a refund to Store Credit (which never expires) or to your original payment method , minus return shipping costs as per our Return Policy.

 

RETURN POLICY

You can return most items fro a refund or store credit within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping oats may apply and the item must be in its original condition to be accepted.

Unless stated otherwise, all prices quoted are exclusive of sales and use taxes which shall be added (if applicable) at the prevailing rate. All prices quoted are also exclusive of freight and delivery fees, unless otherwise stated. The Sales Order sets out the price and terms for payment and the amounts of any deposits. A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required to reserve the items on an order and payment in full must be received prior to scheduling delivery. In case of Special Orders and Custom Orders, unless otherwise agreed, hundred percent (100%) payment shall be required to place an order
